What's Fair is Fair

          Tom and Sue are rolling two dice.  Tom receives two points every time the total is six, seven or eight.  Sue receives one point every time it totals 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 or 12.  Is this game fair?  Explain why or why not?
